“第一期熱成型技能培訓班”從11月13日開始進入為期8天ILLIG培訓課程中的第一部分-課堂培訓,課程系由ILLIG HQ總部負責全球培訓工作的Mr. Jorg Schuster、與技術(shù)研發(fā)的Mr. Sven Engelmann兩位負責進行,ILLIG CHINA公司將其在海寧科技綠洲城全新裝修完成的培訓課堂與設施,提供給熱成型培訓班學員進行上課;培訓課程在ILLIG總經(jīng)理Dr. Heinrich Sielemann以預錄的歡迎第一期熱成型技能培訓班學員到ILLIG CHINA公司上課的致詞中展開,課程中Mr. Schuster以PPT與Video為學員們講述ILLIG的熱成型設備與設計技術(shù),同時以與學員問答的方式進行討論,課程進行熱烈緊湊,接下來的幾天課程將深入到熱成型制程中材料、加熱、成型、模具...等各項實際操作與技術(shù)相關主題,且在課題培訓最后一天,Mr. Sven Engelmann為學員們準備了60題的熱成型知識技能測驗,以全面的檢視協(xié)助學員的學習,他同時也已經(jīng)為測驗成績第一的學員準備了獎品,讓我們一起期待豐富的培訓成果。

PLA Polylactic Acid
Lactic acid is produced by the breakdown of sugars by the lactic acid fermentation.
Lactic acid is also used for the acidification and preservation of foods (e.g., for sour cream and sauerkraut).
PLA is the bioplastics most commonly used in thermoforming so far.
PLA is well-known for its packaging for dairy products from Danone.
(NEW 2017: Crystallizable grades with a continuous service temperature of 120 ° C are being developed)
Properties of PLA
originally very brittle. Density 1.21 to 1.43 g/cm 3 high transparency,
low processing shrinkage Strong block inclination (Antiblock additives or silicone coating required) Low migration values à Food packaging.
Continuous service temperature range - 20 ° C to approx. 60 ° C (mixtures up to 68 ° C).
Thermoforming of PLA
According to blend, or after impact, a continuous unwinding with a large RADIUS is required. The most PLA films can be operated without preheating.
Forming temperature: air forming 80 to 100 °C
Vacuum forming approximately 90 to 110 ° C
Since the forming temperature range is relatively small, care must be taken on a uniform heating pattern.
Special machine options are not necessary
Tool technology: as for polystyrene processing.
Molding shrinkage: 0.2 to 0.5.
